Rishi and Shivangi: Ballet meets Bollywood at the Four Seasons

For their reception at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, Rishi and Shivangi wanted modern artistry without losing any of the elegance. We ran ballet through the whole evening, from LED-lit ballerinas greeting guests to a dinner show scored by A.R. Rahman.

The grand entrance set the tone: ballerinas en pointe to a Kanye West-inspired mix. Later, a strings set blending Michael Jackson, Game of Thrones and Bollywood opened the dance floor. The wedding was later featured in WedLuxe.

Sunny and Simi: Four nights, one story

Sunny and Simi gave us four nights and asked for one story. Each event had its own mood, and we designed the entertainment so the celebration built from an intimate Sufi night to a full-scale reception finale.

Day one was a Sufi night: a live tabla opening, a rose-petal welcome and Bollywood dancers, leading into a set by Khan Saab. Day two, the sangeet, moved from a grand piano to Indo-house tabla with our models working the room. Day three, the jago, arrived with stilt walkers and a tractor procession.

The reception brought it all together: models and a luxe champagne pour at the entrance, a gladiator-style score, LED balls, a live band with Cleopatra Williams, a custom LED aerial light show with matching screen design, water drums and an oversized gorilla mascot for the finale.

Rajan and Mehrnush: Two cultures, one room at Fairmont Royal York

Rajan and Mehrnush brought two families and two traditions together at the Fairmont Royal York. We built a custom cabaret show for their reception and paired high-end tabla and zen fusion with a four-piece jazz band, so the music moved between both worlds.

At the sangeet, champagne models and a classical European ballet set the tone. On the wedding night, aerial hoop acrobats greeted guests and a fire show lit up the late evening, with sound and visuals designed around every performance.

Aagman and Simran wedding at Queen ManorQueen ManorAagman× SimranA fairytale night at Queen Manor

Aagman and Simran: A fairytale night at Queen Manor

Aagman and Simran's reception at Queen Manor was planned as one story, from the first site visit to the last song. We walked the venue with them, mapped where every act would land, then built the music, the opening visual and the costumes around the room and the couple.

The night opened with an aerialist pouring champagne from the silks above the guests. A violinist played the couple's slow dance, then a custom-mixed dance-floor opener brought in our aerial hoop artists. Fire performers and LED laser dancers closed the reception, with every track edited to the moment it played in.

  • Aerialist champagne pour on silks to welcome guests
  • Live violinist for the couple's slow dance
  • Custom-music dance-floor opener with aerial hoop artists
