These terms apply when you use bixcoblog.com or book entertainment, shows, photo booths or other services from Bix Events ("Bix", "we", "us"). By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them. Your signed booking agreement or invoice sets out the specific details of your event and takes priority if anything differs.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and depend on availability. A booking is confirmed only once you have accepted the quote or agreement and paid any required deposit. Prices shown on the website are a guide and may vary by date, location, travel and event requirements. Micro photo booth packages are for events within 30 km of our Vaughan studio, and a travel fee applies to any booking where the round trip from our studio is over 100 km.
Deposits, balances and due dates are set out in your booking agreement or invoice. Late or missed payments may lead to the booking being cancelled. Applicable taxes are added to all prices.
Tell us as early as possible if your event details change. We will do our best to accommodate changes, which may affect the price. Cancellation terms and refunds of deposits are set out in your booking agreement.
You are responsible for making sure the venue allows our performances and equipment, including any rigging, fire, LED or aerial elements, and for providing safe access, power and space as agreed. Our team may pause or change a performance if conditions are unsafe.
Photo booth images are delivered to you and your guests for personal use. We may use selected photos and videos from events in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to before or after your event. Show concepts, choreography, designs and website content remain the property of Bix Events.
We take great care in delivering every event. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
